Dabney Wellford

Chief Financial Officer

CFO of JABA since May 2022, Dabney Wellford’s rich background of financial experience is from both the private and public sectors. He maintains a focus on the utilization of resources to serve seniors in the diverse programs offered by JABA with an eye on stability and growth of all programs.

judith selzer

Chief Executive Officer

Judith Selzer joined JABA as CEO in January 2025, bringing 25 years of experience as a nonprofit leader with expertise in healthcare and public policy. Driven by a passion for fostering healthy, resilient communities, she is committed to empowering individuals and teams to pursue bold, transformative visions that drive lasting change. Judith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Women’s Studies from Smith College, a Master’s in Women’s Studies, and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Florida Atlantic University.

Christina Evans

Chief Human Resources Officer

Since December 2020, Christina Evans has used her expertise at JABA after working in the Human Resources field since 2003. Christina’s focus on communication and problem resolution allows JABA staff to be heard and supported.

Chief Philanthropy & Communications Officer

Since June 2022, Tish Blackwell has contributed to JABA with her diverse knowledge in fundraising, marketing, public relations, and outreach. She has leveraged her skills to connect those in need with services while providing the ability to fund these vital services and programs.
