Healthcare and elder law attorney Beth Norton will guide caregivers on how to legally, medically, and financially protect older adults. She will cover such documents as powers of attorney, advance medical directives, wills, and trusts – tools that help older adults maintain control and avoid court involvement. Caregivers will also learn to assist older adults in building a support team and organizing vital information for effective decision-making and emergency readiness.
