One-on-one support for those 60+, living with disabilities, or caregiving who may have complex needs and require help signing up for services.

For eligible low-income, homebound older adults. Delicious, healthy meals delivered right to your door from Mom’s Meals.
Insurance Counseling
Free, unbiased Medicare counseling year-round and during Open Enrollment periods.
Ombudsman
