Ginger Dillard - Director of Advocacy Services
Ginger Dillard leads JABA’s Advocacy Services division providing oversight to Information and Assistance, Options Counseling, Ombudsman, Insurance Counseling, and Care Transition Coordination programs.
Ginger received her Bachelors of Arts from William and Mary. She joined joining JABA in 1995 as a case manager in Louisa, VA. After 11 years of service with JABA, Ms. Dillard was promoted to Options Counseling Supervisor managing a dynamic team of professionals serving Albemarle, Fluvanna, Louisa, and Nelson counties as well as the City of Charlottesville.
In addition to her professional duties, Ginger served on the Louisa Commission on Aging for 25 years. She also was an active member of the Louisa County Resource Council acting as served as President for several years and led the development Louisa Community Cupboard and Volunteers of Louisa as well as the launching of the Louisa Dental Clinic. She is currently a member and former president of the Fluvanna-Louisa Housing Foundation where she works to improve housing conditions for low and moderate income individuals. Ginger was promoted to Director of Advocacy Services in April of 2013 and looks forward to continuing her career at JABA.
